Before there were sandwiches, Cheese and Coffee was a small shop that sold bulk cheeses and coffee to their adoring fans. In 2001, we started making simple sandwiches with a few small lunch tables, but as the word spread, so did the love of our sandwiches.
For over a decade, Cheese and Coffee has been serving specialty sandwiches, made from scratch soups and crisp salads. We proudly feature Boar’s Head meats and cheeses, local produce and bread made right here in New Mexico.
